          Concrete pump Introduction

Our concrete mixer is fetch in the technique from Italy CIFA company and adopts chassis of STEYR,AUMAN,JIEFANG,HOLO,DELONG.etc.It is using the delivery concrete plant,it ensure the quality of concrete for delivery.The drive device adopts the pump,motor,and reducer from Germany,USA and Italy.It have two kinds of hydranlic system:open loop and close loop.The main components adopts high strengh and wear resist steel plate.The frame,front platform and rear plateform are all made of 16Mn steel plate.it is good all-purpose and practical.The discharge device can be fixup different position to realize discharge in different direction.The mixer discharge rapid and has few leftover.It is easy to operate and it is perfect delivery equipment for concrete without contamination. 

Mixer drum and vane adopts high strength and wear resistance steel plate.It has beautiful figure and curve fluency.Spire vane optimize design that it ensures concrete equality,and discharge uniformity and continuous.

Compress air from chassis come into water tank after decompression with strong washing pressure.It ensure all requires of the mixer works process.

Hydraulic system adopts 3in1 gear reducer from ZF Company amd oil pump from REXROTH Company.In addition,we can choice the oil pump and motor from SAUER,EATON,or MESSORL.the gear reducer from SAUEN or BONFIGLIOLI Company as client’s require.

Environmental conservation and credible electromotion water pump.

One handle realized centralized control of mix drum rotate speed and turning.Operation is agility and convenience.

Hang frame range vertically and horizontally ,it eliminate the libration from the gimbal,and reduce the impact of oil pump.

Charge and discharge device adopts high intension wear resistance steel plate.The device can avoid concrete resort and has a long service life.The assistant discharge chute can slew with supporting rod and realize the discharge in any orientation.
